Commercial Lawyer: Flexible Role (Part Time or Full Time, 1-3 PQE)

We’re currently looking for a commercial lawyer with 1-3 PQE experience to join our growing team.

Key experience:

We’re looking for lawyers with experience in general commercial law, preferably having worked in Australian private practice.

In addition, specialisation in any of the following areas would be favourably considered:

• Technology & IP contracts
• Startup fund raising
• Trade marks
• Commercial and retail leases
• Employment

Key skills:

• Personable, with experience working directly with clients
• Tech-savvy, able to operate our technology platforms
• Independent, comfortable working autonomously
• Efficient, works smart and get things done

Our clients include all kinds of businesses, from local cafes to tech startups, so you’ll always have a variety of work.
