WHAT’S IT FOR?

If you are agreeing to move into premises at a future date, it is important that your Agreement for Lease is clear on the conditions under which your lease can commence. Agreements for Lease are commonly used when you are looking to lease premises that are not yet constructed, the lessor has agreed to carry out work on your behalf or if you need to obtain consent of a third party prior to using the premises. As these documents set out when you can move into the premises, it’s a good idea to have an expert lawyer look over it.

This package includes:

  • Any direct negotiations or correspondence with the counter-party or their lawyers, or reviewing any responses from the counter-party or their lawyers to the list of requested changes. If you need further negotiation support or additional rounds of review, we will provide a new quote.
  • Any employment, tax, accounting or other compliance issues.
