Includes:
ASIC FORM APPLICATION
INITIAL CONSULTATION

WHAT’S IT FOR?

An Incorporated Association structure can be used by any organisation driven by a recreational, cultural or charitable purpose. It is a way of structuring not-for-profits in a way that runs a little like a company. If you are registering your IA under Commonwealth legislation, you will need to apply for an ARBN.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

We’ll assist in preparing an application to set up your incorporated association as a Registered Australian Body.

This package includes:

  • Initial consultation with a Sprintlaw lawyer
  • Preparing a Form 401 to apply for a Australian Registered Body Number (ARBN) with ASIC
  • Preparing a Form 911 to provide a certified copy of your organisation’s Constitution

This package does not include bespoke drafting to your Constitution or further assistance if your application is unsuccessful or has any issues. We cannot guarantee the success of your application and if you need further assistance beyond this scope, we will need to set up a new project.

Please note that this package only includes Sprintlaw preparing the paperwork, but you will need to lodge the application to ASIC by mail with the applicable ASIC fee and certified copies of your organisation’s incorporation certificate and constitution.
