Completion Checklist

WHAT’S IT FOR?

If you are selling your business, it’s a good idea to have a Completion Checklist. A Completion Checklist outlines the items that need to be dealt with in order to complete the sale of the business. This may include the transfer of assets, operation of the business, transfer of the lease etc.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

We’ll prepare a Completion Checklist in accordance with the requirements of your sale.

This package includes:

• Preparing a checklist based on your business sale contract that sets out what needs to be done for settlement
• Phone consultations (up to 30 mins) with a Sprintlaw lawyer who will go through the checklist with you and answer your questions

Please note that this is a limited scope package and only includes the checklist. It does not include assistance with the settlement process, such as contacting the other side and organising the transfer of any business assets or with settlement itself.
