Employee Commission Agreement
WHAT’S IT FOR?
Paying your employees commission is a great way to incentivise staff by paying them a fee or percentage of their sales. It’s important to have an Employee Commission Agreement in place that sets out the terms of the commission payments, as well as the standard clauses contained in an Employment Contract – matters such as salary, probation periods, termination rights and provisions to ensure your information is kept confidential and that you’ll own the intellectual property in your employees’ work.
