WHAT’S IT FOR?

If you are engaging an advisor for your startup, it is a good idea to consider a FAST Agreement. In a FAST Agreement, advisors and mentors provide their services in exchange for a right to receive shares in the company. A FAST Agreement outlines the services that advisors are expected to offer, the amount and type of shares the advisor will receive and the mechanism for receiving shares.
