WHAT’S IT FOR?

If you want to protect your business name, brand names, logo or catchphrases from being used in other countries, you should apply to register an international trade mark. Registration gives you an exclusive right to use the trade mark, allowing you to stop others from using it.

Please note that we will aim to submit the above trade mark applications within our standard turnaround time after you complete payment. After submission, the timing thereafter is dependent on how long each country takes to process your applications. In some cases, this can take up to 12-18 months. Furthermore, it is important to note that we make no representation on the registrability of your trade mark as it is the function of the Examiners to examine and report on applications.
