WHAT’S IT FOR?
Commercial leases create binding legal obligations between you and the landlord that may last for many years. If you are moving into a new premises, you’ll be required to negotiate and sign a commercial lease. Often this starts with agreeing on the Heads of Agreement (HOA). Making sure you understand and agree with these commercial terms of the lease will make the lease negotiation process much smoother.
We’ll review the HOA for a commercial lease and advise you on your rights and obligations.
This package includes:
- Reviewing the Lease HOA prepared by the landlord
- Phone consultations (up to 30 minutes) with a Sprintlaw lawyer who will take your instructions, advise you on the legal issues you need to know and answer your questions about the advice
