We’ll review the relevant legal documents and prepare a due diligence report.

This package includes:

• Drafting a due diligence report
• Phone consultations (up to 60 minutes) with a Sprintlaw lawyer who will take your instructions, advise you on the legal issues you need to know and answer your questions about the document

Please note: We will provide you with a fixed-fee quote for this package, based on an hourly rate of $275+GST per hour.
