WHAT’S IT FOR?

A Model Release Form is a contract between the photographer and the person who is being photographed (the model). It gives the photographer the rights to use the photo for commercial and other promotional purposes, so it’s important to get one signed at every shoot if you want to use the images for your website, public portfolio or elsewhere.
