As an NDIS service provider, it’s important to be aware of your obligations under the NDIS Commission rules and other relevant laws. In particular, it’s a good idea to ensure your Service Agreement complies with the laws and covers all key roles and responsibilities in the delivery of your services, covering yourself, the carers and the participants.
