NFP / Charity Constitution Package

WHAT’S IT FOR?

If you are running a not-for-profit organisation, it is important that you have a NFP Constitution in place. A NFP Constitution is a governing document that sets out the rights and duties of members and states that the organisation operates on a not-for-profit basis. If the organisation intends to operate as a charity, the document will need to outline the organisation’s charitable purpose.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

We’ll draft a constitution for your not-for-profit organisation.

This package includes:

• Phone consultations (up to 60 minutes) with a Sprintlaw lawyer who will take your instructions, advise you on the legal issues you need to know and answer your questions about the document
• Drafting a constitution including its objectives
• 1 x complimentary amendment to the final draft we provide you, as long as you request the amendment within 10 business days of us delivering the final draft

Please note: We cannot guarantee that you will attain PBI or DGR status as this will depend upon the assessment by the ACNC/ATO. We can draft your constitution to maximise your chances, however whether you will satisfy the ACNC/ATO requirements will depend on the activities of your organisation.
