PROPERTY LICENCE AGREEMENT
WHAT’S IT FOR?
A Property Licence Agreement (Shared Workspace) is an agreement allowing a licensee to access a shared workspace on certain agreed terms. Unlike a lease agreement, a licence agreement can be easily varied and terminated and it is subject to less regulations than the lease agreement. However, it does not generally provide the licensee with as strong a right to the property as they would have as a tenant under a lease. If you are operating a shared workspace, it’s important to have all the key legal and commercial terms recorded in a Property Licence Agreement (Shared Workspace).
We’ll draft a Property Licence Agreement (Shared Workspace) in accordance with your requirements.
This package includes:
- Drafting the Property Licence Agreement in accordance with your requirements
- Phone consultations (up to 60 minutes) with a Sprintlaw lawyer who will take your instructions, advise you on the legal issues you need to know and answer your questions about the documents
- 1 x complimentary amendment to the final draft we provide you, as long as you request the amendment within 10 business days of us delivering the final draft
