WHAT’S IT FOR?

Registering your charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) has benefits such as making your organisation eligible for tax concessions as a charity. We can help you apply for registration with the ACNC.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

We’ll help you apply to register as a charity with the ACNC.

This package includes:

• Submitting 1 Application to ACNC for registration of your organisation as a charity
• Email support about your application for up to 1 month from the date of payment
• Phone consultations (up to 60 minutes) with a Sprintlaw lawyer

Please note: We cannot guarantee that your application will be successful as the ACNC makes the final decision. This package does not include any DGR or other tax advice. If you need further assistance because your application is refused by the ACNC and/or ATO or more information is required from you, we will need to set up another project.

Please note that usage of the support in this package is limited to up to 1 month from the date of payment. After 1 month, we will mark this package as delivered and if you need further support after 1 month, we will need to set up an additional fixed-fee project.
