When trying to raise capital to grow your startup, a SAFE Note allows you to take on investment that will convert into equity in the startup in future.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

We’ll help facilitate your Company’s Capital Raise through the Cake platform using a SAFE Agreement.

This package Includes:

• Quick review of the company constituent documents, if any
• Drafting the SAFE Agreement on the Cake platform
• Phone consultations (up to 60 minutes) to take your instructions and walkthrough the capital raising process on the Cake platform
• 1 x complimentary amendment to the final draft of the SAFE Agreement that we provide you, as long as you request the amendments within 10 business days of us delivering the final draft
• Optional: Preparing documents for each investor participating in the round (up to 5 investors)
