WHAT’S IT FOR?

A Share Buyback Agreement sets out the terms by which a company will repurchase its shares from a shareholder. This agreement covers important provisions such as identifying the parties involved, the amount of shares, the price of the shares and representations and warranties on behalf of both parties.

Please note that this is a “Drafting Only” package and does not include us conducting any due diligence on the company, advising on tax or direct negotiations, attending signing or settlement or any correspondence with the counter-party or their lawyers.

This scope also assumes that the transaction does not involve reviewing the company constitution, preparing any company resolutions, employment or other compliance issues.
