WHAT’S IT FOR?

When you are attaching a Statement of Work (SOW) to your standard customer contract, it’s important to make sure that the documents work together to minimise your legal risks and avoid misunderstandings with your customers. An experienced lawyer can check your SOW to ensure that it is legally consistent with your standard customer contract.

We’ll review a SOW provided by you and highlight key issues and risks with using the SOW along with your standard customer contract that was previously drafted or reviewed by us.

This package includes:

• Review of the SOW by a Sprintlaw lawyer
• A walkthrough of the review findings and any key suggested amendments by a Sprintlaw lawyer, either via the phone or video call (up to 30 minutes) or in a video recording
