WHAT’S IT FOR?

If you’re asked to sign a contract, it’s a good idea to have a lawyer review it. An experienced lawyer can spot clauses that are unfavourble to you, and also recommend provisions that are usually included in contracts of a similar nature.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

We’ll review a contract provided by you, highlight key issues and risks for you, and prepare a list of changes for you to request from the other side.

This package includes:

• Review of a standard commercial contract
• Written advice listing out key issues
• Changes option 1: List of changes for you to request from the other side (this will be in a format you’ll be able to forward to the other side).
• Changes option 2: Mark-up on the document to forward to the other side

Please note: this is for a standard contract review of up to around 20 pages. If the contract is longer, more complex or contains non-standard regulatory issues, we may need to charge more. If this is the case, our clients team will get in touch via email.
