WHAT’S IT FOR?

A Talent Release Form is a contract between a filmmaker, photographer or other creative producer and talent. It gives the creative producer the rights to use the talent’s likeness or performance for commercial or other purposes. It’s important to get one signed at every shoot if you want to use content featuring talent for your website, public portfolio or elsewhere.
