Our expert lawyers will assist you throughout all stages of the Share and Unit Sale process.
Firstly, we’ll be there to help before you sign the Share Sale Agreement. We’ll undertake a review of the changes made to the Agreement by the Purchaser’s lawyer and make one further round of changes (if required).
Then, we’ll offer you assistance during the post-signing and pre-settlement period. This includes giving you advice about any legal steps you may need to complete, conducting a PPSR search to give you advice on security interests, and preparing the various share and unit transfer forms, certificates, waivers and consents required under the Agreement.
We can also assist with preparing any resolutions and minutes of meetings required to be prepared by you under the Agreement, submitting applications to Landlords, schedule completion, preparing a completion statement, and more.
We’re also here to help in the Post Settlement period; providing you with advice as to any Post Settlement steps you should attend to.
Our fixed-fee Share and Unit Sale packages begin at $3900 + GST.
