Biography
Tomoyuki is a lawyer, entrepreneur and co-founder of Sprintlaw, an international law/tech firm that’s transforming the way legal services are delivered to small businesses. Sprintlaw operates in Australia, New Zealand and the UK and has won many industry awards, including being listed as the fastest growing legal business in the Asia Pacific region by the Financial Times in 2022.
As a lawyer, Tomoyuki specialises in areas such as corporate law, governance, startups and not-for-profits, and is a board member of youth justice charity ConFit Pathways. In 2020 Tomoyuki was recognised by Lawyers Weekly as the top commercial lawyer under 30 in Australia.
Before founding Sprintlaw, Tomoyuki has had years of experience at Clayton Utz as an M&A lawyer as well as in legal technology consulting.
