Dual Company Structure Package

This package includes everything you’ll need to set up your business under a dual company structure. You’ll receive ACN applications with ASIC for 2 companies (operational company and holding company), and ABN applications for 2 businesses. You’ll also get an electronic company register pack for each company, including the Certificate of Registration, Constitution, Share Certificates, Copy of Form 201, Register of Members, and all required resolutions and consents. In addition, we’ll draft an Intercompany IP Licence for use with your holding and operating companies.

Our Dual Company Structure package starts at $2294 + GST. It includes the ACN registration and fee for 2 companies, as well as the initial ASIC fee to set up. However, please note that once you set up a company, you will need to pay ASIC an annual review fee of for each company. Your first payment will be required in 1 year’s time.
