Our Share Sale Package includes help with entering into a Share Sale Agreement, preparing share certificates, completing resolutions and director appointments, and preparing required ASIC forms. We’ll also help with negotiating the Share Sale Agreement with the buyer’s lawyer (covering up to 2 rounds of amendments). Please note that this package does not include us conducting any due diligence on the company, attending signing or settlement, or advising on tax, employment or other compliance issues.
