We’ll help you register your trade mark by applying to IP Australia through TM Headstart. This package includes:

• Part 1: applying to IP Australia using TM Headstart for 1 trade mark in 1 class
• Part 2: if Part 1 is successful, applying to IP Australia for a 10-year trade mark registration

This package also includes complimentary monitoring of your trade mark application up until registration.

If IP Australia raises any issues during examination of your application, we’ll provide a free consultation about the issue. If any substantial action is required, we may provide a fixed-fee quote.
