Get help applying for a trade mark

Trade mark registration can be completed through IP Australia’s TM Headstart program.

Submitting a trade mark through Part 1 of the Headstart process is a quick way to get feedback from IP Australia about your likelihood for a successful registration.

In between Part 1 and Part 2, you will receive the Headstart report from IP Australia. Part 2 of the application marks the beginning of the formal registration process.

As part of this package, we’ll apply to IP Australia to register your trade mark via TM Headstart Part 2 (after our lawyers have submitted Part 1 and received a response from IP Australia).

This package includes submitting Part 2 of your TM Headstart Application, which involves applying to IP Australia for a 10-year trade mark registration.

This package starts at $300 + GST. This price includes application fees to IP Australia.
