As part of Sprintlaw’s fixed-fee legal letter drafting package, our expert lawyers will speak with you by phone to understand your situation. From there, they’ll draft a letter to meet your requirements and send it to the other party.

Please note that this package does not include postage. We will send the letter electronically, or you can arrange to send it by post.

Please also note that Sprintlaw does not handle disputes or litigation. If the matter becomes a dispute, we will refer you to one of our partner firms, who can assist from there.

Our fixed-fee legal letter drafting packages start at $500 + GST. This includes a letter drafted by one of our lawyers, phone consultations with that lawyer, and a complimentary response letter, provided it’s received within 30 days of us drafting the original letter.

We handle everything by phone, email and video call, so you never need to visit an office. Once you request a quote, one of our legally trained consultants will get back to you within one business day with a fixed-fee proposal. If you accept, we will pair you with a specialist lawyer who will guide you through the process. All documents are delivered digitally, and you can communicate with your lawyer in the way that suits you best. It is the same quality legal advice you would get from a traditional firm, just without the commute, hourly billing surprises or the formality.
