To voluntarily de-register your company, you’ll need to lodge an ASIC Form 6010, prepare a members’ and directors’ resolution, ensure you have no outstanding debts or liabilities and settle all disputes prior to applying.
There’s a lot to think about when applying, so chat to our lawyers if you need assistance.
Our package starts from $500 + GST and includes preparing an ASIC Form 6010, preparing a members’ and directors’ resolution and phone consultations with a Sprintlaw lawyer who can advise you on the legal issues that may arise for your business during the application.
