Recbook started with a frustration that every independent recruiter knows too well: the software out there just wasn't built for us. Enterprise CRMs designed for teams of hundreds, bloated with features nobody asked for, priced to squeeze every dollar out of small operators. We deserved better. So we set out to build the recruitment operating system we always wished existed. One that's beautiful to look at, intuitive to use, and smart enough to handle the busywork so you can focus on relationships. We introduced Recky, our native AI assistant, not to replace the human touch that makes independent recruitment special, but to amplify it. From our home in Sydney, we're building Recbook alongside the recruiters who use it every day. Every feature, every improvement, every decision is shaped by real conversations with the people we serve. We're not just building software. We're building a community of recruiters who refuse to settle for tools that weren't made for them.
