• Quick review of existing constitution and member register to identify requirements to adopt a new constitution
• Amending or drafting a new constitution based on your instructions
• Phone consultations (up to 60 minutes) with a Sprintlaw lawyer who will take your instructions, advise you on the legal issues you need to know and answer your questions
• ASIC company search for 1 company (if required)
• Draft a members’ resolution to adopt a new constitution

Please note that if we identify issues as a result of the quick review in adopting a new constitution that is not standard we may charge an additional cost. Please also note that while our lawyers can provide guidance on how to adopt the constitution, this package does not include collecting signatures from members.
