These terms apply to Sprintlaw’s Free Legal Review offer (the “Review”), available to BizCover customers. Eligibility & Capacity- The Review is available exclusively to BizCover customers.
- We may limit the number of Reviews available at any time due to capacity constraints and may modify, pause, or withdraw the offer at our discretion.
- A one-off review of a single business contract you provide to us.
- A short written summary with clear, practical comments so you can decide next steps.
- The Review is based solely on the information and documents you supply.
- Re-drafting, amending, or negotiating your contract, or preparing replacement documents.
- Multiple documents, complex due diligence, or specialist advice (e.g. financial services, construction or property law, employment, tax, privacy impact assessments).
- Follow-up calls, meetings, extended correspondence, or ongoing advice unless separately engaged.
- The Review is a free, limited-scope service intended to help you understand potential legal issues and whether further work is recommended.
- If you require tailored services beyond the Review, you may engage Sprintlaw under a separate scope and fee. Any such work will be subject to Sprintlaw’s engagement letter and standard terms provided at the time of engagement.
- We will acknowledge your request and confirm if capacity is available. Turnaround times may vary depending on demand and document complexity.
- We may decline a Review request (for example, where the document is unsuitable for a limited-scope check or raises conflicts).
- We will treat information and documents you provide as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
- If further legal work is advisable, we may provide a fixed-fee quote for those services.
- Any work beyond the Review will only proceed once you accept our quote and engagement terms.
- The Review is limited to the face of the document reviewed and the factual assumptions stated in our summary. It does not verify facts or consider documents we have not seen.
- You are responsible for your decisions and actions following the Review, including whether to obtain further legal advice.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprintlaw excludes liability for any loss, damage, or expense you incur in connection with the Review, including reliance on comments or recommendations provided.
- Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
- These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
