Agent Appointment & Cessation

We'll appoint Sprintlaw as your registered ASIC agent for the duration of your project.

This package includes:

• Lodge form 362 with ASIC to appoint Sprintlaw as your registered agent
• Lodge form 361 with ASIC to remove Sprintlaw as your registered agent

As part of this project, we will temporarily appoint ourselves as your ASIC registered agent for the purposes of delivering the agreed scope, and remove ourselves as your ASIC registered agent after delivering this project.

We will not be responsible for any other ASIC issues outside the above work, or any delay as a result of you removing us as the ASIC registered agent during the project.
