WHAT’S IT FOR?
Under the Australian Consumer Law, unfair terms in your contract can now lead to penalties. It’s a good idea to have a lawyer review your terms and conditions to assess whether any of your terms would be unfair under the Australian Consumer Law and what changes you need to make (if any).
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
We’ll review your terms and conditions and highlight any unfair contract terms that require amendments.
This package includes:
- Review of your terms and conditions by a Sprintlaw lawyer for any unfair contract terms
- A phone consultation (up to 30 minutes) with a Sprintlaw lawyer to discuss any unfair contract terms and potential changes to your terms and conditions (where relevant)
- If changes are required, a Sprintlaw lawyer will make those changes to your terms and conditions
- Optional: A Sprintlaw lawyer may send a video recording or set up an additional phone consultation to walk you through any changes made
