Child Care Agreement

WHAT’S IT FOR?

A Child Care Agreement is a contract between the guardians of a child (e.g. the parents) and a child care worker who will be providing child care services. If you’re running a child care business, it’s important to have a Child Care Agreement in place that covers your payment terms, expectations and obligations of both parties, limitations of liability and other key terms related to child care services.
