WHAT’S IT FOR?

If you are raising funds through crowd-sourced funding, it’s important that you notify ASIC of applicable CSF details. An expert lawyer can help you through the complicated process of CSF Notification and can ensure that you are not missing any crucial details.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

We’ll notify ASIC of your recent CSF campaign.

This package includes:

• Optional: Lodging a form 362 with ASIC to appoint Sprintlaw as your registered agent
• Exporting your company Cap Table from the Cake platform & importing the relevant data to applicable ASIC forms
• Preparing and lodging the CSF Notification form to ASIC
• Preparing and lodging one (1) ASIC form 484 to ASIC with applicable CSF details (If you decide to appoint us as your ASIC agent)
• Lodging a form 361 with ASIC to remove Sprintlaw as your registered agent at the completion of this scope (if required)

Please note that this is a limited scope package and does not include:

• Making any changes to your company cap table. We will assume that your cap table is up to date and aligns with ASIC’s requirements before we can get started.
• Any correspondence with third parties (for example, with your registered ASIC agent, accountant or third party lawyers).
• Assisting with your company Annual Review if it becomes due whilst we are appointed as your ASIC agent.
• Any tax, regulatory, or on-going compliance advice.
