Deed of Settlement

WHAT’S IT FOR?

A Deed of Settlement is a legal document signed by parties in order to settle a dispute. It is usually signed in order for parties to avoid a costly litigation or dispute resolution process and contains legally binding terms and conditions reflecting the details of the settlement agreed between the parties – including, for example, any payment obligations and confidentiality requirements that the parties have agreed.
