We’ll draft and file Evidence in Support within 3 months of receiving the Applicant’s Notice of Intention to Defend.

• Drafting and filing Evidence in Support in relation to opposition proceedings against a trade mark

• 1 x complimentary amendment to the final draft we provide you for approval, as long as you request the amendment within 10 business days of us delivering the final draft
