WHAT’S IT FOR?

For Gym operators, it is important to have a proper, legally binding set of Terms and Conditions to use with your members. We generally recommend having a Membership Form, which includes the contact details of the Member, and a set of legal T&Cs attached to the back of the Membership Form. The terms cover important matters such as payment obligations, cancellation fees, liability limitations (including for gym injuries) and other provisions and protections. The Australian Consumer Laws also mandate certain requirements which need to be reflected in your T&Cs.
