Lead Generation Agreement

WHAT’S IT FOR?

If you are providing leads or marketing data (e.g. emails and phone numbers) to another company in exchange for payment, it is important to have a Lead Generation Agreement in place. A Lead Generation Agreement sets out the terms and conditions of the services you will provide including the scope of work, client expectations, terms of payment and a termination clause.
