WHAT’S IT FOR?

If you’re borrowing or lending money, it’s important to put together a loan agreement to capture the deal you’ve agreed including the principal, interest and the repayment schedule. It also addresses other important matters such as the consequences of late repayment or default.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

We’ll draft a simple secured Loan Agreement.

This package includes:

  • Drafting a secured Loan Agreement in accordance with the requirements of your business
  • Phone consultations (up to 60 minutes) with a Sprintlaw lawyer who will take your instructions, advise you on the legal issues you need to know and answer your questions about the document
  • 1 x complimentary amendment to the final draft we provide you, as long as you request the amendment within 10 business days of us delivering the final draft
  • Registering 1 x security interest on the PPSR and providing you with the Verification Statement

Please note that this package does not include conducting checks for existing security registrations over assets which you are looking to secure a loan over. This package is also not in compliance with the National Credit Code (NCC). As such, we will not be responsible if your loan is regulated under the NCC.

This package is for registration against one grantor. If you want multiple registrations against different grantors, we will provide you with a quote in accordance to the number of grantors. If the goods you are securing have a serial number (e.g. a VIN for a vehicle) then this package is for registration in respect of one serial number. If you want to register against multiple serial numbers, we will provide you with an additional quote for this. If your registration is for a period of more than 7 years, additional fees will apply.
