NDIS Service Provider Package

WHAT’S IT FOR?

If you are a NDIS Service Provider, it’s a good idea to have legal documents in place as you provide services to participants. Our lawyers can assist with drafting the legal documents, policies and procedures you need for your business.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

We’ll draft legal documents, policies and procedures customised for your business.

This package includes:

• Phone consultations with a Sprintlaw lawyer (up to 60 minutes)
• Drafting a NDIS Service Agreement in accordance with the requirements of your business
• NDIS Privacy Policy and Consent Form in accordance with the requirements of your business
• Drafting a suite of documents for your employees and contractors (including Employment Contract templates for full-time, part-time and casual employees, a standard Contractor Agreement, Incident Management Policy and a Complaints Resolution Policy)
• Complimentary: 1 round of complimentary amendments to the above documents, as long as those amendments are requested within 2 weeks of receiving the first drafts
• Complimentary: We can also apply for an ABN for your business (subject to the disclaimer below).

Please note that this package only includes the above inclusions and does not include assistance with the application to become a registered NDIS provider. If you are applying for registration with the NDIS as a service provider, please note we cannot guarantee the outcome of your application or whether the NDIS Commission may require further changes to your documents. If you need any further assistance beyond the scope of this package, we will need to set up an additional project.
