WHAT’S IT FOR?

If you are looking to register your organisation with the ACNC, it is important to show that your organisation meets the requirement of being a not-for-profit. This can be done by ensuring your constitution contains particular clauses such as a not-for-profit clause. • Preparing a resolution to update your constitution

Please note: We cannot guarantee that you will attain PBI or DGR status as this will depend upon the assessment by the ACNC/ATO. We can amend your constitution to maximise your chances, however whether you will satisfy the ACNC/ATO requirements will depend on the activities of your organisation.
