WHAT’S IT FOR?

If you own a business, it’s important to have measures in place in the event that you pass away. One aspect of this is having a will that outlines your assets and who you want to receive those assets. Our lawyers can help guide you through the process of drafting your last will and testament.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

We’ll assist with drafting your will.

This package includes:

• Phone consultations with a Sprintlaw lawyer (up to 60 minutes)
• Drafting your last will and testament
• 1 round of complimentary amendments to your will, as long as you request those amendments within 2 weeks of receiving the draft

Please note that this package only includes drafting the will and does not include any testamentary trusts or any litigious issues.

Additional fees may also apply if you hold shares and/or have a Shareholders Agreement that affects the drafting of the will.

You will need to ensure the will is validly signed and witnessed since they cannot be electronically executed. Your lawyer can provide guidance on how to do this.
