When trying to raise capital to grow your startup, a SAFE Note allows you to take on investment that will convert into equity in the startup in future.

This package is designed to give you a high level understanding of your key rights and obligations under a SAFE Note template.

This package includes:

• Performing a quick review of your existing Shareholder Agreement & Company Constitution (if any);
• A set of pre-recorded videos which explain and summarise the key terms of a SAFE Note; and
• Phone consultations (up to 60 minutes) with a Sprintlaw lawyer who will take your instructions, advise you on the legal issues you need to know and answer your questions about the SAFE Note
