Parties to a Shareholders and Unitholders Agreement may have different or conflicting interests. Each individual shareholder and unitholder should consider seeking their own legal representation. By electing to proceed without separate legal representation, each individual shareholder and unitholder agrees to waive any conflict of interest arising out of our engagement by the company.
