A Teaming Agreement is an arrangement between two or more companies to tender for work together to jointly perform a service or other project. It sets out details of the working relationship, each party’s obligations, intellectual property ownership, confidentiality provisions, termination and other rights and responsibilities of each party specific to the type of teaming arrangement.
