Biography
Courtney is a lawyer at Sprintlaw UK.
She is an Australian-qualified corporate and commercial lawyer with broad experience both in Australia and the UK. Courtney specialises in commercial law matters including business and consumer-facing contracts, employment matters, intellectual property and trade marks, privacy and data compliance, and asset and business sales. Courtney also has extensive experience in general corporate law matters, structuring and capital raising.
Before joining Sprintlaw in 2022, Courtney worked at top-tier and boutique law firms, and in-house for a number of large organisations. In 2023, Coutney decided to broaden her legal horizons and made the move to join the Sprintlaw UK team.
Courtney’s broad knowledge across corporate and commercial areas has provided both our Australian and UK clients with practical and accessible legal solutions.
